Refund Policy:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

1. Product with obvious signs of use
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

After having paid for the ordered products, the Contracting Party will no longer be able to withdraw from the purchase agreement, as the product is fully personalized and specially designed for him, which is the reason why, if the Contracting Party ever wants to withdraw from the purchase agreement, he will not receive any refund of the paid amount. If the production of the ordered products has not been initiated yet, a voucher of the paid amount will be generated, deducting any expenses incurred.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theomgenterprise@gmail.com and send your item to: OMG Enterprise (attn. OMG Enterprise) A-3-9, 8 Avenue, Jalan 8/1 Section 8, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Malaysia.

Shipping

Ready stock will be shipped the next working day after we have received your payment (Monday – Friday). For pre-order and made-to-order items, please refer to the respective product page.

West Malaysia: Your shipment will arrive within 3 – 5 working days (Monday – Friday) from the ship out date.

East Malaysia: Your shipment will arrive within 5 – 10 working days (Monday – Friday) from the ship out date.

Return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: OMG Enterprise (attn. OMG Enterprise) A-3-9, 8 Avenue, Jalan 8/1 Section 8, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Malaysia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item(s) over RM350, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
