Terms and Conditions

1. Merchandise sold are strictly non-refundable in cash or credit.
2. The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend the campaign or change the campaign and its rewards without prior notice.
3. Return or exchange of merchandise can be arranged under the following reasons:
   • Merchandise delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
   • Merchandise is delivered to the wrong participant. Merchandise for exchange shall be returned in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
4. In the event of undelivered merchandise due to spelling error / incorrect shipping address or unavailability of recipient, participants will have to bear the postage and handling costs to redeliver the merchandise.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising without any notification and / or payment to the participants.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
